How is the ordering process handled?
It is very simple:
Once you have send us your completed order from, you will receive a specimen shipping container as well as the bill. You will need to wrap the source material, send it back and pay the bill.
After we have produced the nosodes in our laboratory and have received your payment, the material will be shipped. The entire handling should take approximately up to two weeks.
The quality is guaranteed!
We produces our nosodes in the laboratory of the Stadt-Apotheke in Titisee-Neustadt. Our laboratory is committed to comply with highest of requirements and demands concerning quality standards and quality control during the production of each nosode.
The increase of power follows the requirements of the Homöopathische Arzneibuch (HAB) and the production is compliant with generally accepted pharmaceutical guidelines. Moreover, a well trained team and a well established quality control management guarantee highest quality standards.
The shipment is handled by the Titisee-Apotheke in Titisee-Neustadt. The Titisee-Apotheke is a subsidiary of the Stadt-Apotheke and is entitled to ship medication. A quality control management system as well as the follow up of shipment details guarantee that individually produced nosodes safely reach your home.
What else needs to be considered?
Auto-nosodes are customized products and hence can only be used by the individuals for whom they are produced. Therefore, just to mention it explicitly, it stands without saying that these customized products cannot be taken back.
